We are currently looking for an experienced
Executive Sous Chef
who can manage a large galley with a number of smaller individual outlets.From buffet to fine dining, your role isto ensure that every plate is up to our very high standards, meets both presentation and taste expectations.
As the 2nd person in charge in the department, you will also manage all food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering and general administration.
To be considered for this Role, we require:
minimum 5 years of experience
experience of working in an international team
training and developing of team
good computer skills
fluency in english
excellent culinary qualifications
