What skills you should have:
Food knowledge: fine dining, haute cusine, understanding of Michelin rated restaurants standards.
Able to discuss food and coordination with Chef.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in management positions and 15 years in the industry, pre-opening is a huge plus.
Wine knowledge: minimum of WSET 2nd or 3 rd level or sommelier qualification
Clear understanding of financial stats & P&L and of what it takes to manage and develop a businss
Leadership style: Sympathetic, fair and honest with all team members while keeping the necessary distance to gain respect and fellowship from all.
