in this Role you are responsible to create the best culinary experience in terms of quality and presentation of delicious bread and pastry for our guests.
Role description
working in compliance with company's operating standards;
preparing daily food forecast and requisitions;
responsible for stock control & inventory;
following company's recipes;
responsible for cleanliness and equipment in the assigned station;
supervising & evaluating team members performance;
coaching, training & motivating the team to reach the goals;
Role requirements
fluency in english, spoken & written;
High school diploma; culinary school degree;
good knowledge of HACCP & USSPH standards;
5 years of previous experience in similar role on cruise ship;
multitasking & ability in handling high quality and high voliume of culinary operations;
team leader skills;
great communication skills.
