We are seeking an excellent
Director of Human Resources
for a 5 star deluxe Hotel in Germany with over 200 rooms, multiple restaurants and a large number of meeting rooms. This is a top leading property in Germany.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience at a deluxe hotel and significant experience in Germany.
Fluent German.
Strategic planning, developing and directing the Human Resources function.
Focus on attracting and retaining employees including key areas of Learning and development of employees to foster motivation and satisfaction.
Manage in a cost effective operation in accordance to labor laws and Hotel’s policies and procedures.
Hotel Representative for all HR related Area Meetings, Events and Functions.
Advice and support to senior management on issues related to employment law, collective bargaining, tax and social security law.
Compensation is 105,000 – 115,000 Euros plus full company benefits and incentives.
