Outlet Maitre d'Hotel - Silversea

We are currently hiring an Outlet Maitre d'hotel required for Silversea Cruises!

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Maître D' or Head Waiter to join our highly accomplished team onboard 'The World's Best Small Luxury Cruise Line'.

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for either your own outlet or will oversee a large section of the Main Dining Room, supporting the Assistant Dining Room Manager.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

→ A minimum of 3 years managing a small fine dining outlet

→ Hotel School education

→ Strong Computer literacy, with knowledge of Fidelio, MXP and Windows preferred.

→ Ideally either German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a fluent language, as well as English.

Contracts are for around 6 months.
