Searching for Receptionist to be onboard Scenic Eclipse!

As a Receptionist on Scenic Eclipse, you will act as a main point of contact for all guests whilst on-board. You will be not only responsible for general administration duties, answering the telephone and dealing with complex concerns, but also act as a fountain of knowledge for any guest queries regarding the ship or its ports of call.

You will liaise closely with local representatives during port day, to ensure each guest has a clear understanding of the surrounding location and which facilities are on offer shore side. You should be personable with the eagerness to go that extra mile for every guest, have a strong awareness of the luxury hospitality industry and speak fluent English.
