As per this interview  by "News ABS-CBN"  to Richard Fain, Chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Cruises, the company is planning to hire 30,000 Filipinos in the next five years and  will set up a direct hiring center in Manila, which will speed up the recruitment process for applicants.

With Royal Caribbean Filipinos represent the largest group of sea-based employees.
