Description
We are currently searching for an experienced
Sous Chef
who can run any type of outlet. Managing a small team, your role is to ensure that every plate in your outlet is up to our very high standards, meets both presentation and taste expectations and the galley meets all health, safety and food hygiene standards.
As part of the supervisory team for the galley, you will also be involved in food hygiene inspections, stock control, ordering, rostering and general administration
Role requirements:
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management chef role in a fine dining establishment
Have experience of working in a multi-national team
Work with regularly changing menus (on ships they change daily)
Training and developing of team
Good computer skills
Fluent English
